Most affordable online Christian college….?
Which reputable college/university in the US offers the most affordable accredited degrees that one can study online?
I don’t see what’s ‘rich’ about that, Kletok. There are plenty of Christian uni’s that offer online courses. If you don’t have an answer to the question, don’t reply.
The single most affordable is Nations University http://www.nationsu.org/site/ — I’ve studied with them and they are indeed legit. The coursework is outstanding. But, in order to keep their price as low as it is (free in most of the world), they are not accredited. If accreditation is a deal breaker for you then they won’t work for you. (they’re working on accreditation)
The most affordable online study is going to come not from a Christian college but from a state/public college/university. The reason is simple economics – your state university is funded by taxpayer dollars and not by tuition.
Most of the private colleges are far from being “most affordable” and some are incredibly expensive. That said, Liberty University teaches online and they aren’t all that expensive. http://www.luonline.com/index.cfm?PID=14288
Undergraduate courses online at Liberty are about $275 (per semester hour) while graduate courses are around $400. That means a whole associates degree would cost you ($275 x 60) $16,500 and a bachelor’s would cost you ($275 x 120) $33,000 while a master’s would be about ($400 x 36) $14,400; Of course those costs are spread over time. Undergrad there full-time comes to about $8,250 per year online plus books and some other occasional fees.
You might find that your local state university is much cheaper. Then again, you might not. My local State U charges just about the same as Liberty online charges.
